ABOUT
About Midtown
Est. 2022 · Tokyo, Japan · Regenerative Earth, Habitable Space
OUR VISION
Regenerative Earth,Habitable Space.
Humanity, in its pursuit of economic growth, now faces global social challenges — climate change driven by greenhouse gas emissions and biodiversity loss from environmental degradation. The sustainability of our planet is threatened to a degree beyond what we imagined.
Our generation must create a sustainable Earth and pass it on to the next and the generation after that. To achieve this, we believe it is essential to view human civilization not as confined to Earth alone, but to see Earth orbit, the Moon, Mars, and asteroids as a single ecosystem to be actively utilized.
Midtown confronts both global social challenges and the development of the space industry head-on. Our mission is to create Towns that use space to regenerate Earth as a leading example, and to build Towns where humanity can live beyond Earth — providing sustainable new value and a new way of life.
